Folorinsho is an enterprenuer, Fashion designer and a philanthropist.Before her break in oil, she ha a inclination towards fashion that she had a fashion label known as "Super Stitches" where she designs clothes for the first ladies, ambassador's wives and prominent business women.

In 1993, she applied for an oil Prospecting license and set up an oil industry called "Famfa oil" which owned 60% stake in the block she had acquired.

Folorinsho is the fourth richest black person in the planet with the wealth worth of $3.2 billions behind her fellow Africans; The Nigerian Mike Adenuga and Aiko Dangote with $4.3 and $11.2 billions respectively while on the top held by an Ethiopian Mohammed Al Amoud $12.5 billions.

In her role as a philanthropist she founded "Rose Sharon foundation" that supports orphans and widows. She was quoted saying that,"Once they lose their husbands and parents, the society seems to turn their back on them. there in-laws start to mistreat them,they become depressed that they don't even know where their next meal is coming from ", hence this foundation's role is essential for helping women and children.

Beside of her generosity in charity,Folorisho also enjoys the finer things in life that money can buy. She bought a a $102 million property in London, as well as a private jet with the worth of $47 million.

Folorinsho is a wife, mother and a grandmother at her 40s. Her husband ,Modupe Alakija is the chairman of the company, their sons runs their company while she retainthe role as the vice-chairman of their company the Famfa Oil.

Kibuuka law chambers is the financial law firm based in East Africa and it has non-exclusive network of correspondent law firms in Europe, Americas, Australia and far east countries.
   
Paul was only 30 when he started his own firm where he had that courage because he had an experience in Big 4 Global financial law with Tanzanian cooperate law firm.Passionate about enterprenuership , Paul is living a proof that with working hard, solid knowledge and good planning, it is possible to start and to run a successful business in Tanzania at a young age.

Most of enterprenuers in Tanzania complains that among the challenges they faces is right resources for their business and enough capital to enterprise in their ideas. "Tanzania is changing rapidly and it will continue to do so and there are plenty of opportunities in which if we invest in we can acquire development".

Speaking of his success Paul is married to Krispinana Isdore Shirima whom she was fellow classmate and they are blessed with two children.
